Hey ya’ll! Are you down and out? Does everything feel like a drag? Do you constantly find something to mope about? Well, buckaroo, you need some motivation!
YOU. YES, YOU. You need to cheer up! Why, you may ask? Sadness is a very negative emotion (if you didn’t know). It takes more facial muscles to frown than to smile. So why stress those muscles even more by frowning?
Ask yourself: why am I sad? In most cases, if you can’t fully answer that question then you’re probably worked up over nothing. You need to assess your situation and look at it from a different perspective. Now sometimes it's okay to be sad, but when you realize that certain things aren’t worth the tears, the pain, and the choked sobs, you’ll find yourself feeling better.
