Mother-daughter teacher duo Hannah and Eva Robbins have devised a point system for incentives promoting school and community involvement. Teams earn points through participating in dress up days, donating items, attending sports games or after school activities, winning competitions (door decorations etc.), volunteering at the historical society, completing community service hours, attending historical society or school board meetings, and engaging in STEAM activities. This was a team effort to recreate the house teams that Hannah participated in while in college. It was made so that everyone would have more involvement with one another by intertwining the grade levels in the houses. The houses are as follows: Ruby Red (Webber, Green, and Griffith), Citrine Gold (Vaca, Channell, and Kitts), Emerald Green (Hatfield, Stratton, and Kemp), Sapphire Blue (Claiborne, Headden, E. Robbins, Weatherly, and Rather), and Amethyst Purple (Kegley, H. Robbins, Vowel, and White). Teams began earning points on February 1st and will be collected till the end of the year. The house with the most points at the end of the year will receive an incentive. May the best house win!
