Everyone knows that food is the greatest of love languages, but, in my opinion, liquid caffeine is far superior. Most would have to agree that Starbucks has a more sophisticated taste and depth of flavor, but the majority of Dunkin products are much more reasonably priced in comparison. For example, the signature Pink Drink at Starbucks is $2.26 more, but it has the same amount of ounces as Dunkin’s Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher. Even though the Pink Drink is sweeter and more aesthetically pleasing, it is highly overrated compared to the flavor and quality of Dunkin’s. For this forbidden love of caffeine, there are more fixes on the secret menu, such as a Black Forest Mocha. Both Dunkin and Starbucks have their own variations of this raspberry infused chocolate latte, but Starbucks’ has a sweeter and stronger cocoa flavor. I personally would indulge with the deep richness of Starbucks’ despite it being $1.86 more for the same amount. Even with the stronger coffee and raspberry flavor, Dunkin’s Black Forest Mocha can not compare to Starbucks’ liquid love. Overall, the best refresher surprisingly comes from Dunkin’ and the best mocha comes from Starbucks.
